GETTING HERE
easy to find, easy to park.
There is free parking in the lot in front of the main entrance to building A. There is also a second lot located across the street for additional parking, if needed. Take the entrance with the red brick walkway to building A. Enter the building, take your first left and continue down the hallway. Our office is the fourth door on the left in Suite A-115. The office, building, and parking lot are ADA accessible.

Kristin McAvoy, MSN, APRN, FNP-C
Founder & Family Nurse Practitioner
Kristin McAvoy, a board certified Family Nurse Practitioner, holds degrees from Fitchburg State University and Saint Joseph's College of Maine. Kristin has nearly 20 years of healthcare experience across acute care, nursing education, and primary care settings.
She believes patients should feel heard, respected, and supported—not simply treated for a diagnosis. She created Harmony Health Primary Care around a more personal approach, where care is collaborative and centered on the individual. Her approach combines clinical expertise with empathy, education, and clear communication, helping patients better understand their health and feel confident and empowered in their healthcare decisions.

Our adult primary care services include preventative care, wellness visits and physicals, chronic care management, acute concerns and sick visits, and telehealth appointments when appropriate.
